In addition to providing the ability for partners to collaborate, the Live Well partner portal enhances communication with prospective and recognized partners.
San Diego County required a system that would aid in the successful launch of their Live Well initiative. Their system vision included a web-based COTS solution that would require minimal customizations. San Diego County wanted a system that users could easily adapt to with minimal training. They were also looking to leverage their existing Live Well website to not only disseminate information to the community and partners, but also intake information through web forms, surveys, and polls. A self-service option would provide partners the ability to submit requests, outcome updates, and sign up to participate in events and projects. Another critical element included a mapping feature to map out communities and report out on data.
Through the use of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, Aeon Nexus provided professional IT services to the County of San Diego in the development of enhancements and support of the Live Well San Diego Partner Engagement System. System enhancements increase efficiency and improve the user experience through features such as automated reminders, system templates, and improved reporting. The development of a partner portal also enhances communication with prospective and recognized partners in addition to providing the ability for partners to collaborate with each other. Easy Territory, a third-party mapping app, was integrated to gather and map statistics, aiding in informed decisions about where the County should focus efforts.
